A gym plan, with a '3 Day Split', including upper body, lower body and full body.

You may use any equipment you feel comfortable with to do each exercise, for example, the 'squat', if you have not yet been introduced to the squat rack or smith machine, use dumbbells or kettlebells. This is about you learning and building your gym knowledge all while reaching your desired goal.  If this plan if followed with a calorie deficit and  a high protein diet it will result in a fat loss and overall toning. This does not include check-ins.
